UPDATE!! PLEASE READ!!

They finally chose Finnick!!  It's Sam Claflin!!  And this time I'm for sure.  They also chose most of the cast and are about to start filming it!!  Got to imdb.com or mocking jay.net to check the cast for catching fire.  I can't wait till the movie!!
